Residential Air Conditioner & Heat Pump Rebates

Have contractor provide and attach the AHRI Certificate. Model numbers must be included on the invoice. Only SEER ratings of 15 or higher qualify for a rebate.
Ultra Low Flow Toilet

To Qualify:
Retrofit toilets must use 1.6 gallons per flush (gpf) or less. Must replace existing toilets that have a greater flow than 1.6 gpf. Specifications of new toilet (gpf) and receipts must be provided. Not applicable to new construction.
Ultra Low Flow Toilet

To Qualify:
A commercial facility that replaces a typical existing 3.5-gpf toilet with a standard new 1.6-gpf unit could cut its annual water use by more than half and save hundreds of dollars in water costs. To qualify, replace existing toilets that have a flow greater than 1.6 gpf with a retrofitted toilet that uses 1.6 gpf or less. Not applicable for new construction.
Water Cistern
$0.02 per gallon up to $200

Rebate includes rain barrels as well as traditional in-ground cisterns. Receipt/proof of purchase denoting the size of the cistern must be provided.
Water Cistern

To Qualify:
Using a cistern to store and reuse rainwater reduces or eliminates storm water runoff from the site. It conserves water and reduces your monthly irrigation water bill. Rain barrels and traditional in-ground cisterns qualify for this rebate.
Water Efficient Urinals

To Qualify:
Installing water efficient urinals will help reduce water use in facilities and save money on water bills. To qualify, replace existing urinals that have a flow greater than 0.5 gpf with retrofitted urinals that use 0.5 gpf. Not applicable to new construction.
Window Film or Solar Screen
$0.55 per sq. ft.

To Qualify:
Only east, west and south facing windows qualify for this rebate. Shading Coefficient (SC) must be 0.5 or less. Total square footage or the dimensions of each window and shading coefficient of film installed must be noted on the invoice. For work performed by the customer: Provide a copy of manufacturer's specification to prove 0.5 or less Shading Coefficient and provide dimensions of the film installed for square footage calculations. Energy Star qualified double pane windows do not qualify for this rebate.

Installing solar window film on pre-existing businesses can help reflect the heat during hot summer days. Your cooling unit will become more efficient. Incentive Requirements: 1. Shading Coefficient (SC) of film or screen must be 0.5 or less.
